Here at the UofMd, we have a Laserwriter Plus attached to a Vax at one of our workstation centers. It can be accessed by any of the Vaxstations on the LAN or WAN in one of two ways. If you send your output to wor-ps, your file is assumed to be a PostScript file. If you send it to wor-lp (I may have the suffix wrong), your file goes to the same printer, but it is interpreted as plain Ascii text. I would like to do the same from my IBM AT-compatible that is networked with my Cube. The NeXT manuals explain how to export a NeXT printer to a Net-info network, but nothing else.
