When I try to format one of our Fujitsu M2284N SMD disks on our
Balance I get some spurios errors from xpformat. They look like this:

  io_scnt 517 reset to 32205 [32 - (163 - 165408)]
  xp515: recovered err 0x89 (517, 0, 0)

Just what are these recoverable errors?
