How do I convert the [cylinder,head,sector] number that I get from
the 'xp' device driver into the [cylinder,head,offset,length] that
'xpformat' need? Is it just as simple as multiplying the sector size
as selected on the drive with the sector number to get the 'offset',
and using the sector size * 8 as the 'length' factor?
