I will admit up front that I am not fond of IRIX.  Call me biased.

SGI has finally provided a normal lpd (thank you thank you!) -- but we
still have to tangle with bru and those hideous cassette tapes for
major backups.  Does anyone out there know of a port of bsd dump/rdump
to IRIX 3.3?
