I need to pick an internal format for representing date and time. The format has to accomodate dates and times back to 1900 or so and through the turn of the century and beyond). I've been finessing the issue for the last couple of years by using UNIX internal time format, but now we're getting serious and have to handle a broader range of values. Anybody have any pointers to existing software that handles such a range that can do timezone conversion and so forth? Thanks in advance. -- mark@drd.com mark@jnoc.go.jp $B!J%^!<%/!&%i%l%s%9!K(B Nihil novum sub solem Brought to you by Super Global Mega Corp .com
