I too am in the process of bringing up UNIX (ODT) with a WD 16 bit board.
I am getting some very wierd results and plan to call SCO once my network
wiring is complete (one problem I have is no wire hooked up to the board
yet).  Please let me know of any tips you come up with, and I will
to let you know what SCO tells me.

Also, I didn't quite follow what you said about the MAC.  Can you elaborate?
