Setup: 5820, ultrix 4.0 

From time to time a command takes a while until it starts responding,
anywhere between 15-60 seconds.  Command may be "ls", "more", .. on local
disks, system is not loaded (load avg < 3), no noticeable high network,
interrupt or disk activity.  Other commands started later respond OK.

What should I look for?
