	I am unsure when the OLE DLL's will be widely-distributed to
	developers, apparently Microsoft is working out some minor
	bugs in them until they distribute them sometime at the
	end of this Quarter (so it should be soon).

	I was at the Dec.11 developers conference in Seattle, and I
	received the DLL's and preliminary spec. then.

	The "outside" (or interface) specification, by the way, will
	not be changing - supposedly it is set.  As for the OS/2
	OLE DLL's, they will be available in several months.  MacApp
	versions are expected somewhere around the end of the year.
