I can't seem to WinQVT/NET to display the bold atttributes of characters.
I have the 'boldcolor=magenta' line in my .rc file, but no dice.

I would appreciate any help from someone who has gotten this to work.  Several
of the Stat packages we use here depend on bold/underline, etc to convey info,
so it's pretty important.
