Why does Windows have seemingly uncontrolled tiling or centering of .bmp images for the desktop Wallpaper? Not only do I get strange tilings (the image starts halfway down and then wraps to the top), but I seem to get random tilings every time I start up. Any hints? Any fixes? -- Bruce -- Bruce K.
