Neither phone numbers nor pricing info are necessary.  Both Compu$erve (in
the MSOPSYS area) and Microsoft Offline have the documentation (in both
Word and plain text formats) and sample apps plus DLLs.  It should be enough
to get you started provided you can get it to work.  We were able to get
the first posted version to run but the second version posted keeps telling
us that it "Failed to register server" etc.  Sigh.
