From the olwm man page: RESOURCES OpenWindows.MinimalDecor (list of strings) Specifies a list of windows that are to be decorated minimally. Decoration on such windows includes only a thin border and resize corners, with no title bar or window button. The value should be a whitespace- separated list of strings. Each string should specify an applications class or instance name, as passed in the WM_CLASS property. Most applications set this pro- perty based on the name of the executable (i.e. argv[0]). Many applications will allow you to override the value of this property if they are given the -name option on the command line. Default value: (null).
