I grabbed emu.tar.Z expo.lcs.mit.edu recently and compiled on our
Sparcs with some slight changes such as putting #include <alloca.h> in
some source code which refers to alloca function call. 

I invoked the emu in a xterm in OpenWindows as follows:

	emu -geometry 80x25 &

Then I got an emu window which is similar to xterm and I could see the
blinking cursor. However CR,BS,etc are not recognized and some strange
characters appeared on the screen. When I tried to do something, the
screen was screwed up. I checked term in emu and it showed me that
term was vt100. I tried set term=vt220;tset and setenv TERMTYPE emu.
But nothing helped. In addition, emu gave a warning message as follows:

	Warning: Emu Warning: Couldn't load the bold Font, using the
	normal one

Any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance...
