I hope this is the right address to send to...

I'm going to be having a houseguest who cannot eat foods containing any
wheat flour, milk or eggs. I am interested in obtaining recipes for
foods which would ordinarily contain these, for example buckwheat
pancakes (using soy milk or equivalent).
