We are looking for recomendations on a power strip surge supressor that meets 
the following criteria: 4 outlets, UL listed, 15 amp, on/off switch, 6 foot
line cord, 3 conductor protection, and have positive shutdown mechanism
with visual indication. 

What is the best circuitry? What manufacturers have you had positive
experiences with? Any horror stories?
