I have not seen the CDC report but I have heard discussion from those
who have that has mentioned that (a) proper cleaning and sterilization
of instruments, etc. was not being done between patients (b) the dentist
may have been using his own office instruments to treat/examine his own
AIDS related mouth/dental lesions.
