They list several US models beginning on page 567: Obsolete versions: ABC-M9-7 and M2A1-7 (both of these are backpack-tank, hose & nozzle types). M9E1-7: another backpack-tank, hose & nozzle type, listed as "Current". 15 litre capacity, range 40-50m w/thickened fuel, 20-25m w/unthickened fuel.
