    My apologies to the net for omitting the explanation for oneko.  It
is an X Windows application of a cat that chases your mouse around the
screen.  A number of people had trouble accesing the site in Japan that
held the program, so being a nice guy, I grabbed it and started mailing
it out.  When my mailbox started overflowing, I posted it.

    It *is* source, but it's uuencoded because there is binary
(Japanese?) commentary at the top of the shar files.
