Does anybody have any experience with implementing Mean Field Theory
Extension to original Hopfield style neural network and is willing
to share the experience? I am trying to get this algorithm working
on (what else?) traveling salesman problem, and looking for any
data available on large TSPs, also.

Much obliged to those who can give me any pointers.
