Hi folks,

I receive c.b.i.p for about 4  weeks  now,  and got the starter kit for the
third time now. Is this normal? It  seems to me like wasting bandwidth when
each submitted program is interleaved by this starter kit.

This is NO flame!  I  was  just  wondering  because  nearly  every sysop in
Germany gets p*ssed when he comes to know of redundancies like this.
