   DeSmet used to be a commercial product but one which has recently
gone the shareware approach. You can obtain the package from, among
other places, SIMTEL20 as:

Directory PD1:<MSDOS.C>
PCC12C.ARC    B  241867  900102  Personal C compiler. Fully functional, C WARE

Don't let the name fool you -- this is from DeSmet.
