If you know who's maintaining Gnu Emacs C++ mode (c++-mode.el), I'd
appreciate it if you'd mail me their address so I can send them a couple of
enhancement requests.  The most recent maintainer listed in the file is
Dave Detlefs, but I got a note from him saying he no longer works on it.
