Does anyone know where to get utilities to complile and uncompile
the troff font files for postscript printers ( e.g. R.out, CI.out,
etc.).  I've seen mention of them in several books and got the impression
that they used to be included with troff et. al..

Are there any PD utilities that do the same job or a description of
the *.out format?
