I've been trying to get a program written on top of CLX 4 to work with
VAXLISP 3.1.  Now, VAXLISP includes a CLX interface, but it appears to
be much older than version 4, as well as having a few local oddities.
The oddities I can live with (like READ-BITMAP-FILE requiring a
drawable), but I'd like to be able to run quite a few functions from
CLX 4 (such as the window manager stuff).  Has anyone else done this?

Also, the documentation for CLX 4.4 doesn't include anything on the
functions in manager.lisp, the window manager interface functions.  Is
this detailed separately, or will I have to guess about things based
on the documentation for C programs dealing with the window manager?
