The answer is no.  I went to the Software Developers conference and they
said no.  Borland says that you will have to convert the basic structure of
your program but since TV is event driven they say it shouldnot be too hard.
Oh well, Im screwed.  I have four months of TVision code that I will have
to hand convert to windows.


What a pisser!
