A database 'CARDBOX' is (was?) produced by Business Simulations Ltd.
in the UK. Unfortunatly I don't have an address for a supplier
from whom I can purchase a copy.

None of the local software supply houses have heard of it.

Does anyone know if the programme is still available, and if
so, an address or fax number for a supplier?
