I have seen references recently to some sort of MIDI support which Microsoft
has built or is building into Windows.  I couldn't find anything about MIDI
in my Windows SDK.  Does anyone have any information about this?  I am
about to buy some MIDI software, and am developing MIDI software as well,
and I'm wondering if I ought to be heading in the Windows direction.
