Mike, if you REALLY wanted to have the list, I could download it from GEnie
but it's long.  GE (General Electric, who run GEnie) acctually has the worlds
largest private network (as opposed to a meta-net).  They've broken ground
recently in that they've gotten GEnie in Europe to allow GEnie USA to connect
to GEnie Europe and provide a portal for the German users of GEnie and the US
users to communicate.  (I know someone who works for GEnie on the inside).
