Does anyody have a ESDI driver for MINIX ? I'd write one myself but I can't find the technical info anywhere I have a Compudyne 33mhz 386 with a Conner 80meg and a Ultrastor 12f ESDI controller. I can boot using the BIOS driver, but cannot use more than 640k when I do (I have 2megs of ram). When I boot using the at or xt boot disk, I can get at the ram, but not the hark disk; quite a predicament. Also I occasionally get the message "File is busy" when I try to bring up new (not yet in existance) files in elvis!!! And what's this I here about a real 386 version ? If someone could even get me some technical info on ESDI interfaces, it would be great (yes I already looked in the library, and the local tech book store). I hope I'm not cluttering up the airwaves with useless drivel, but I figure I can't be doing worse than those people who posted a zillion messages about parts 1 & 2 of oragami. Thanks Steve Seidenn
