I have recently bought MS Word 5.5 (for DOS) and have got the
following problem:
From time to time (approx. every 10 min.), the system seems to
hang. The first times I rebooted my laptop (BTW: Toshiba T5200, DOS 3.3,
Dexxa Mouse with original or MS Word mouse driver (no difference),
no fancy TSR program whatsoever loaded), when I got tired of doing so,,
I discovered that hitting a key about 30 times makes to program wake
up again. Although I can live with this, has anybody got similar
problems and eventually a better workaround?
