I'm looking for the following:

A cross referencer for variables, functions, etc for ANSI-C.
(If you've ever used SNAP for dBase/Clipper or FoxDoc for FoxBase/Pro,
 that's the sort of thing I'm looking for.)
Any MS-DOS or UNIX versions would be great.
Pointing me to an FTP site and a list of filenames would be greatly
appreciated.
