Hi,

	Can anybody explain how does a CAP asynchronous call actually
	(or at least in system level desciptions) call some ioComplete
	function?  Please elaborate.

	Please take into consideration that I am new to CAP programming
	when you give your explanation.  Thanks in advance!!!
