	Can someone tell me the difference between files stored as
	Apple-Single verses Apple-Double format?  As far as I understand
	Apple-Double format stores the resource fork and data forks
	in separate files, Apple-Single stores the two forks in a single file.
	Is it possible to convert from Apple-Double to Apple-Single by
	concatenating the files together?  In which order?  How about going
	from Apple-Double to Apple-Single?
