	I need a compact or tiny tcp/ip for the 3b1.  I'm trying to get
a Ethernet driver for an EPROM based system.  The 3b1's are being used to
teach operating systems.  The students are programing operating systems
and cross compilling them to a host computer.  The current method is to
use the RS-232 ports, this is an extremely slow process.  
	The problem is that I have a limited ROM space in which to place
the driver.  That is why I need the compact or tiny tcp/ip.
