I've been told about a package called SPMS (Software Project Management
System) and that it should be public domain.

Does anybody know this? Is it any good? Where to get it? How big is it?
Any comments would be appreciated. I'm also interested in other related
products, which need not be public domain. My hw platform is mainly
Sun's.
