I am interested in repository architectures for software development
environments (SDE, ISEE, IPSE, CASE -- choose your favorite acronym).

How can I get a copy of the ANSI standard X3.138 Information Resource
Dictionary Standard (IRDS)?  

Also, is a working draft or committee draft available for the proposed
enhancement called ATIS IRDS which is reportedly being pushed by DEC and
Atherton Technology (according to Digital Review 2/25/91)?

Online is preferable, of course, but I would like to get any kind of
copy within the next three to four weeks.  So, what name and address do
I address these requests to, and what will it cost me?
