Hi Netland,
Thank you to all the people who sent to me programs and references.
Two persons sent to me a VORONOI program that works in 3D; people
interested should contact

I have received several references of papers on VORONOI in N-dim 
but i have NOT received any Voronoi program for N>3

Some people asked how to get the 2D program from NETLIB:

with  SEND INDEX  in the body of the message.
