(I hope this isn't a FAQ)

I am looking for the C source code to mktime().  (my system is lacking some
of the standard unix functions).  I would also like a copy of strftime(),
but I am less concerned about that (that one should be easy to write myself,
if I ever get the time.)  (pun not intended)
