Message-ID: <1184@exua.exeter.ac.uk> Date: 28 Feb 91 11:35:55 GMT Sender: SAMcinty@exua.exeter.ac.uk Organization: I speak for myself. Lines: 19 I recently received NeoDesk 3.01 for my STE and have noticed an odd behaviour, I don't know if this is planned, I can't find any explanations in the docs....any help appreciated: NeoDesk in A: and some other disk in B:, if I play around with something in B:, then quit to the desktop, and close all the windows for B: then eject the disk and put in another one, then double click on B:, it seems to read from the disk (light goes on) but displays the OLD B:'s directory, or sometimes it just shows up a bunch of files with garbage characters for filenames. Anyone have any idea why this happens? I can correct it by typing escape once I have the B: root window open, then it behaves as normal... Running on a 4meg 520ste, if that matters. Scott
