Yes and no.  The 98658A SCSI card will fit in a DIO-I/O slot, and will
function, but no boot ROMs available for the Model 320 contain SCSI boot
code, nor the SCSI diagnostic code required for official support of SCSI on
the 320.

Yes, but there are no return credits for the 320 processor board and
human interface card.
