Lines: 16 Here's an odd one: my 5.25" and 3.5" drives, both high density, suddenly stopped reading any- thing but high density disks. They can't even format low density anymore. I get errors like "data read error," or "DMA failure" (from Norton Safe Format) and when I tried with completely new disks I got the same problems. The disks I am testing with work on other machines, so I suspect they are in good shape. The company that sold me the machine (an Acma 386-25) is completely baffled. Ideas? It would be a pain to invoke the warranty. Thanks. Daniel A. Turner silk@dorm.rutgers.edu
