How can I connect a VGA card to a generic RGB input monitor?
I suspect it more than just routing the correct pins.  I need
to do this because I would rather not have to spend money to
buy a multi-sync monitor to run higher resolutions.  Am I just
kidding myself?

Are there cheap B/W monitors that can handle high-res VGA?
