I originally had a Seagate 238R connected and it worked fine. When I connected the jumpers and the power cable and turned on my computer, it booted fine from the A: drive, but drive C: was not recognized, hense I couldn't format it. The rom on the card is used and the motherboard rom is disabled. I configured the drive as drive select 1 and the cables went from J1, J2 on the card to J1, J2 on the drive respectively. I don't have the manual for the card and was wondering if anybody could offer suggestions on improving my configuration.
