Five years of drought in an arid environment is REALLY scary. I would like to do some work on my yard (mostly backyard and then move towards the front when I know what I'm doing) and try to 'xeriscape' as much as possible. Both money and time are in short supply so I would like to do a lot of planning BEFORE I start tearing up sod. So..... I would like to find a software package that allows you to design landscape. I have seen packages for architecture and interior design but not for outdoor design. It doesn't have to be extremely elaborate but I would like a fairly flexible display package so I can change my mind alot. :-) Has anyone heard of such a package? I would be eternally grateful if anyone knew of a package available by anonymous FTP or shareware.....did I mention a short supply of money? Thanx for your help! patti walsh pattiw@equinox.unr.edu .
