No, You are not the only one to have problems with binary downloads.  I've 
dumped Unicom for Windows, because it drops at the first Garbage Overload.
The only program I've found to work, is Procomm with an external Zmodem.  With
Kermit, I get corrupted files.  I've found, however, that I have access to a
remote msdos machine on the ethernet, so I can ftp them to a floppy, run 
home, and put them on my disk.  I _WOULD_ like to know what I'm doing wrong,
as I thought _I_ was the only one with the problem, also.
