Thanks You might look at More (either 2 or 3), paying special attention to the Library function, which allows you to set up custom calendars. It operates in every other respect like any More outline. As an aside, More's PC counterpart, GrandView, does almost exactly what you would expect a very sophisticated to-do list to do! Each head and sub-head can have several categories attached to it (user-defined) and outlines can be viewed in terms of these categories (date due, person responsible, etc.) I had hoped that More 3 would have some of that facility built-in, but I am still using GrandView to do my scheduling.
