For providing this I'd be willing to help test anyone's barcode envelope printer program. :-) I think the way to do this is to print it on an address label, that would line up with the bottom edge of the envelope. I think that would be easier than trying to get the different sized envelopes in all printers in the correct position. Anyway, I have the code if you're interested. If I get lots of mail I'll post it.
