It is a commercial product.  Therefore, unless you purchased it, you probably
have a pirated copy.

ComputerWare carries it.

I don't know that it is the latest update, but I believe 2.08 is the latest
that I've encountered.

QUED/M is a programmer's editor (QUality Editor for Developers/Macros) and
was the forerunner of Nisus and the germination point of many Nisus features.
