In scenario 9 of the GIUK Battleset:

How do you disembark your amphibious units?  I've blown to bits ALL of the
enemy bases and aircraft, two surface groups, and three submarines.  But
all I've got is a minor victory.  My guess is that I have to disembark my
units (as it says in my orders) in order to get a major victory.  If so,
how do I do it?  If not, how do I achieve a major victory?
