       I found a really cool demo of a Strategic Conquest-like game
called Empire Builder, and I was wondering whether anybody knew where
I can get a hold of the author Christopher Eliot.  The demo says that
the price given was only good until September 1990, so I would like to
know what he wants for it now.	With the exception of not having a network
capability, it seems to be as good as or better than what I have heard
about Strategic Conquest here on the newsgroup.  Thanks in advance for
any help you can give.
